EXHIBITOR KIT
CDS has been selected as the “Official Service Contractor” for the 2008 National Charter Schools Conference. They will offer a full range of services to assist you in maximizing the impact of your exhibit, from rental packages to experienced labor for installing or dismantling your booth. They will handle questions regarding shipping, storage, labor, furniture and signage as it relates to your exhibit space.

BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
If you know who will be staffing your booth, you may register them now or anytime before the conference.

You receive 2 complimentary full conference registrations per booth reserved. Additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted prices of $225 for a full conference registration or $100 for a 1-day registration. EXHIBITOR PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES
There are 2 types of presentation opportunities for exhibitors - Exhibitor Sales Presentations and Exhibitor Networking Sessions.
Exhibitor Sales Sessions (Cost: $350)
These are 30-minute sessions that will be scheduled during dedicated
time when attendees are on the exhibit floor between noon – 2:30pm on
June 23 and 24. Exhibitor Sales Presentations will be located on Learning Center stages
on the Exhibit Floor. There will be a stage with theater seating for
50-75 attendees. There will be a screen and LCD projector for these
presentations. Those submitting proposals will be notified by March 1, 2008 if their proposal is selected.
Host an Exhibitor Networking Session (Cost: $1,500)
These are 90-minute sessions that will take place Monday June 23
between 10:00am – 11:30am or Tuesday June 24 between 9:45am – 11:15pm.
Exhibitor Networking Sessions will run concurrent with other regular
breakout sessions.
Exhibitor Networking Sessions will be located on the Exhibit
Floor in the special “Table Talk areas” (see floor plan). We have not yet finalized the layout for these sessions but
each area will allow for a seating capacity of between 50-100 attendees.
Exhibitor Networking Sessions are considered a Sponsorship opportunity and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitor
Networking Sessions also come with the following additional benefits:
- 25% Discount on 8x10 exhibit booth
- Logo in sponsor area on the conference web site with company profile and link to your web site
- Logo recognition on general conference signage
- Logo on signage at the Networking Sessions Area on the exhibit floor
- Opportunity to host a /presentation/roundtable session
- Company profile in sponsor section of the event program guide
- Networking session description in the event program guide
- 3 Full Conference badges
