WHEN SHOUD YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AND LEAVE
• June 21 Arrival: Most people will be arriving on Sunday June 21 in time to pick up their registration materials at the Convention Center and to attend the Welcome Reception at 5:30pm.

NOTE: We know that June 21 is Father’s Day – so you may want to factor this into your travel plans.  You may want to plan any Father’s Day celebrations in the morning (Father’s Day brunch!), the day before on Saturday or the weekend before/ after the conference.  

• June 24 Departure: All official conference activities will end by 4:00pm

NOTE: If you are planning to come in a few days earlier, stay a few days longer, or turn this into a family vacation, the special group rates are being offered to National Charter Schools Conference attendees for room reservations between June 17 – 27, 2009.

CANCELLATION POLICY/CHANGES TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION
To Cancel Reservations or Make a Change to an Existing Reservation - Call your hotel directly
After May 15, 2009 – a non-refundable deposit for the first night for all previous and new reservations will automatically be charged to credit card on file.  Cancellations after May 15, 2009 may still be made except the first night of the reservation is non-refundable.
