REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Conference Registration cancellations received in writing by December 31, 2009 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Conference Registration cancellations received in writing between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Conference Registration cancellations received between April 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010 will be subject to an 80% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given after June 1, 2010
