Volunteer Opportunities in New Orleans
At the 2008 Conference, attendees have an
opportunity to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Hands On New Orleans. Below is a description of the opportunity, times and description of activities.
Habitat for Humanity-BOOKED
Attendees participating in Habitat for Humanity's spring/summer construction will be building
homes throughout the New Orleans area in
conjunction with our partner families to provide decent, affordable housing to New Orleans area
residents. Construction sites are new construction and require no experience.
Training is all done on site and volunteers are encouraged to try out new
skills.
Please note, all spaces are booked for the Habitat project.
